I have been training at JWC for over two months, and the resulting beneficial changes are visible to me and the people around me.....I have finally after thirty years searching found a gym that I know is truly worth spending money on......I could never properly motivate myself to do as intensive a workout as I need to do...Jack and all his team's skills and their never repetitive classes provide the inspiration and motivation I lacked.....and to think it's been on my doorstep since it opened a couple of years ago...
